PDREP Account Type Definitions

To gain access to the PDREP application, find where your Employer falls under and follow the steps for completing the system access authorization request.

US Government Access

General Attributes of a User

  • You are a military or civilian personnel working for the U.S. Government.
  • You have been issued a USG Common Access Card (CAC) without a green or blue stripe.
  • You have a verifiable need to access various USG information systems (IS) to complete work as directed by your service/component.
  • You may receive access to information as required or directed by your service/component.

USG Support Contractor

General Attributes of a User

  • You are employed by a Company that has a current “personal services” contract with the U.S. Government.
  • The personal services contract should clearly require the company to perform or support work using USG ISs.
  • In a personal services contract relationship, for the purposes of accessing information, the contractor may be provided access similar to government staff, when supporting or performing the same or similar work.
  • You have a verifiable need to access various USG ISs based on direction from your service/component your supporting, and as required by your contract.
  • You have been issued a USG Common Access Card (CAC) with a green stripe.
  • You have signed non-disclosure agreements (NDA) between contractor and government.
  • You may receive access to information required by the service/component you support, and as required by the current USG contract.

Prime Contractor

General Attributes of a User

  • Your Company has an active contract with the U.S. Government providing supplies, materials, equipment or services.
  • Your contract is NOT a personal services type contract.
  • You have a verifiable need to access various USG information system as required by your contract.
  • You may receive limited access to information as it pertains to only your company’s DoDAAC(s)/CAGE(s) and only as required by your contract.

Tier 2 Subcontractor

General Attributes of a User

  • Your Company does not have a contract with the U.S Government.
  • Your Company has a written/signed agreement (contract) with another company that has a current USG contract, and you are specifically being tasked by them to perform work for them, to fulfill work required in their USG contract.
  • Refer to USG Support Contractor and Prime Contractor access above as those requirements will apply in the same way.
